Support reduction
Most setup problems are solved by checking credentials, refreshing the playlist, restarting the device or improving network stability.
Copy username and password exactly from the client portal. Avoid spaces before or after the values.
Refresh the playlist, restart the app and verify that your subscription is active.
Add the EPG URL manually, then run EPG update in the player settings.
Use 25 Mbps or faster for HD, 50 Mbps or faster for FHD, prefer Ethernet or strong 5 GHz Wi-Fi.
Close the player, wait 30 seconds and open it again. If needed, disconnect stale sessions in the client portal.
